Ikon SM was founded with a clear purpose: to do things differently—and better. For too long, strata and facilities management have been seen as necessary but uninspiring. We saw an opportunity to bring a more refined, service-focused approach to the sector—one built on transparency, accountability, and genuine care.
Our leadership team brings together decades of experience in strata, asset management, and client service to bring you a strata experience like no other.
Our CEO Peter King has built and run facilities management businesses for the past 3 decades, having had long term contracts with large corporations like Woolworths Group, managing building maintenance for their thousands of stores across Australia. Peter then decided to move into luxury strata building management, bringing his attention to detail and focus on service to the industry.
